Project focuses on mentoring within the tourism sector. It is co-funded from Lifelong Learning Programme Leonardo da Vinci - Transfer of Innovation and connects five partners across the Europe from Slovakia, United Kingdom, Romania and Lithuania.
The mentoring workshop in Bratislava was led by expert from United Kingdom, Gaby Marcon Clarke, from organization Shine People&Places. Gaby is an experienced professional that has used her many years' experience at the helm in the travel and tourism industry to profitable use in her role of Management Trainer/Facilitator as well as advisor in the implementation of coach/mentoring programmes. She has designed and developed mentoring programmes, written a Mentoring Toolkit, delivered business training master classes, mentoring training and career development workshops.

Bratislava Workshop's topic was focused on mentoring in tourism sector, on how to become a good mentor, how to prepare for meetings with mentees, how to set up a successful mentoring plan and program. This included practical exercises, role plays and case studies.
Participants were employees, managers, entrepreneurs from the tourism sector from Slovakia, Lithuania and Romania, who want to become mentors.
